Diana Taylor AM is a proud product of Geelong and following her admission to practice as a lawyer, has worked in multiple top tier law firms and as in-house counsel for large Australian businesses. After later expanding her legal career into business, Diana was a Telstra Businesswoman of the Year Award winner and was Netball Australia’s inaugural general counsel.
A trailblazer in the Australian rules football industry, Diana was the first female president of a men’s metropolitan football league, the first woman appointed to the VFL Tribunal, a director of the Geelong Football Club for 14 years, was appointed the Club’s first female Vice President and was the first ever female Presidential nominee in the Club’s 165-year history. Diana’s 25-year service to Australian rules football, alongside her commitment to service to Geelong in the areas of health, planning and major events, was recognised by the Australian Government in 2024 with Diana being made a Member of the Order of Australia.
Along with an incredible team and as chair of Anam Cara House Geelong, Diana established Australia’s only community led private hospital caring for people diagnosed with life-limiting conditions and at end-of-life alongside a teaching and research partnership agreement at Deakin University, Waurn Ponds.
Diana is an experienced board chair and director, and is currently the chair of Anam Cara House Geelong and Geelong Authority. Diana is also a trustee of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Trust, a board member on the Deakin University Law Advisory Board and Public Skills Australia Board.
After writing and publishing her first book ‘The Playbook – crossing the white line to succeed in life, business and the AFL’, Diana has also become a sought-after keynote speaker and opinion writer.
Kira Olney brings over 30 years of investigative experience, including 25 years in law enforcement with Victoria Police and Northern Territory Police, and 10 years in roles spanning community services, thoroughbred racing governance, and government oversight bodies. A highly skilled and accomplished investigator, Kira excels in communication and relationship management, with a strong track record of leading and conducting complex, sensitive investigations. She has extensive expertise in the Reportable Conduct Scheme and has handled numerous cases involving child abuse and child-related misconduct. Kira’s investigative approach prioritises procedural fairness and a trauma-informed perspective, ensuring that all individuals involved feel supported and heard.
With almost 30 years of organisational and administrative experience across multiple sectors, Sally is a highly skilled business operator known for integrity, a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering exceptional client service. Drawing on a wealth of organisational expertise, Sally takes a practical and results orientated approach to achieving business goals and building strong professional relationships.
Kim is an exceptional executive administrator with over 30 years of experience in the Legal and Higher Education sectors. Kim is a great communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships and is skilled in managing relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders, keynote speakers and managing supplier relationships. Kim is experienced in event organisation and planning of large-scale strategic events.
